"This example is a Schuberth, dated 2001.
The 826 is manufactured by both Schuberth in Germany and Induyco SA, Spain. It is used - with a wide variety of detail changes - by many nations. See

"The shape of the shell is the standard issue. It is manufactured by Induyco in Munchen as the inside label suggests.
The visor is held by two metal brackets/holders. Each of these is attached by two rivets directly to the shell and could not be detached. The plastic visor is 4 mm thick. On the right side, there is a visor fixing mechanism (with a ring) with two positions, up/down.
The neck protection skirt at the back is attached by additional 4 clip-on rivets and could be removed. "

NB - This helmet was originally posted in the BELGIUM section (listed as "Unknown helmet trialled by Belgian Forces", and on the advice of Christian Grossklaus was moved to GERMANY, where it more properly should be.

"I got two of these from a Belgian dealer...with no more further info. At first glance they look like something of an RBR model. But the liner is totally different, the headband is fastened with snap-fasteners (as on some Dutch copies of the US M1), the chinstrap made out of canvas with the German/Swedish type of "quick release" closure from the postwar years, as can be found on the German M1A1 series  and on refitted Swedish helmets and some others. The shell is thinner (in my opinion) then a B826. No markings except for the A1 in white ink stamp on the inside."

"Bought from a dealer in Italy in 2010. There is no indication at all as to the why and how of this helmet. The stamp above reads simply "SCHUBERTH 826 GR.2" with the blurred line below proving on enquiry to read "Made in Germany" indicating it is an export model. It is theorised at present that it was made for Oman or Jordan. Who knows?

Introduced in the early 21st century, this example is dated 2003.
Some sources indicate that this is not in common use, and that the older B826 is more usually used.
T
his model helmet has a chinstrap-catch very similar - if not identical - to the Gallet-made Canadian CG634.
